c. Wish list: Create your own wish list, where you can save up to 50 items, be notified about their availability and add them to your shopping cart at any time.

d. Addresses: save all your addresses to complete your purchases quickly.

2.Registration

2.1 The user may register or subscribe to the COVERT services available on the website from time to time.

2.2 When registering or subscribing to the services the user is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information. The user undertakes to inform COVERT promptly in the event of any changes to the information provided at the time of registration or subscription in order to ensure that the user can receive messages sent by COVERT and to prevent such messages from being mistakenly transmitted to third parties.

2.3 The services are not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18) years (or under the law of their country). Users who have not reached the required age are requested not to register and not to subscribe to any service. Should COVERT become aware that the user is under eighteen (18) years of age or under the age of majority in their country (or has voluntarily made false statements about their age during the registration process), COVERT shall immediately cancel any registration or subscription of the user and stop providing the services.

2.4 If you wish to use the services you must be an adult user, register at www.covertbrand.it by creating your account in "account" and accept these terms and conditions for the use of the services ("conditions"). Registration is free of charge. In order to create your My Account you will need to fill in the registration form by entering the required information and guarantee COVERT that the information provided during the registration process is complete, correct and truthful. We will send you an email to confirm your registration. Please note that the credentials to access your My account must be used exclusively by you and cannot be transferred to third parties. Subject to legal restrictions, COVERT cannot be held liable in any way in the event of access to your account by unauthorised third parties. Therefore, please keep your credentials confidential and inform COVERT immediately if you suspect that there has been unauthorized access to your account or that your password has been violated.

2.5 If you are registered for a service that requires prior authentication (e.g. an account or wish list), you undertake to inform COVERT immediately if you suspect that there has been unauthorised access to your account or that your password has been violated. The liability arising from the use of the account shall remain solely with the user, provided that such use is attributable to the user or results from the user's failure to take appropriate password protection measures.

2.6 The provision of certain services may require the use of electronic communication channels (such as e-mail, SMS or telephone). If you wish to use these specific services you will therefore be asked to give your consent to be contacted by COVERT for the relevant communications by SMS, email or other communication channel.

3.Duration and termination

The registration to the services will be effective from the moment you receive the relative confirmation email and for the entire period in which you use the services.

COVERT reserves the right to cancel your registration to the services in the event of violation of the provisions contained in these conditions, or if complete, true and correct personal data has not been provided, without prejudice to the right to compensation for damages suffered. COVERT also reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the provision of services for the time necessary for the technical interventions necessary and/or appropriate to improve the quality of the same services. COVERT may, at any time, interrupt the provision of services if safety reasons arise. 

4.Warning about services

COVERT does its utmost to provide accurate services. Subject to legal limits, the services are provided free of charge as is. COVERT makes no warranties, by way of example and without limitation, as to the quality, proper functioning, absence of interruptions or the suitability of the services for a particular purpose or result set by the user.

1.Our commercial policy

The seller offers for sale, on www.covertbrand.it, the products and carries out through the seller its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers".

1.2 When we speak of "consumer" we refer to any natural person who acts on jilsander.com for purposes not related to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from concluding commercial transactions on jilsander.com.

1.3 In consideration of its commercial policy, COVERT. reserves the right not to follow up orders coming from subjects other than the "consumer" or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

1.4 These general conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on jilsander.com between the users of www.covertbrand.it, the supplier and the seller.

3. Guarantees and indication of product prices

3.1 On www.covertbrand.it only products bearing the COVERT brand are offered for sale and purchased directly from the seller at the fashion house and/or the manufacturer authorised by the fashion house.

3.2 The seller does not sell used, irregular or inferior quality products to the corresponding standards offered on the market.

3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.covertbrand.it within each product sheet. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale on www.covertbrand.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.4 The prices of the products may be subject to updates. Please check the final sale price before placing your order.

3.5 Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed will not be accepted by the seller.

3.6 All products have an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We ask you not to remove the tag and the relative seal from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.

3.7 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the seller has the right not to accept the return or not to reimburse in full the sums paid for the purchase, in relation to those products which do not have the relevant tag or which have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or which have been damaged.

3.8 All products sold by the seller are covered by the legal warranty of twenty-four (24) months for defects of conformity in accordance with applicable law. The lack of conformity of the product must be notified to the seller within two (2) months of its discovery. The lack of conformity may be notified to the seller by contacting customer service. In the event of a lack of conformity you are entitled to request the repair or replacement of the product. If the above remedies are not possible or excessively expensive, you shall be entitled to a reduction in the price paid or to termination of the sales contract, pursuant to Article 130 of the Consumer Code.

4.Payments

4.1 For the payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping and delivery costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form. In no case will you be charged higher costs than those actually incurred by the seller, in relation to the payment instrument you have chosen.

4.2 In the case of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or expiry date) will be forwarded by encrypted protocol to the banks that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to it in any way. Moreover, this information will never be used by the seller except to complete the procedures related to your purchase and to issue refunds in case of possible product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on jilsander.com. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your bank account at the time of placing your order.

5.Shipping and delivery of the products

Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information contained herein is an integral and substantial part of these general conditions of sale and, therefore, are considered to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.

6.Right of withdrawal

You can return or request an exchange of one or more products by filling out this return form within 14 days from the date you received the package. 

Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them, with the security tags and tags still attached. Enter the order number for the products you wish to return. You can make your return request directly online by accessing your personal profile. Once you have completed the procedure Covert will send you a confirmation by e-mail, containing the return authorization number and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.

6.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.covertbrand.it. It is not possible to return personalised products, earrings for pierced earlobes and clothing from which the hygiene seal has been removed, if provided. This provision does not change the customer's rights provided for by law.

6.2 To withdraw from the contract you can use the return form (in accordance with the standard form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) to be filled in and sent directly online via www.covertbrand.it. You will be sent confirmation by email of receipt of the withdrawal request.

6.3 Once you have exercised your right to withdraw from the contract, you must return the products to the seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) days from when you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract online on jilsander.com.

6.4 The return of purchased products will always be free of charge on the condition that you use the carrier indicated by the seller in the return form.

6.5 Furthermore, if you decide to use the shipping agent indicated by the seller in the return form, from the moment you return the purchased products to the same shipping agent, the seller exonerates you from any responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during transport.

6.6 If you decide to use a different shipping method from the one indicated by the seller in the return form, you will be responsible for all the costs of returning the purchased products and, in this case, you will be liable in case of loss or damage of the products during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of carrier and/or shipping method. In case of total withdrawal the seller will refund you the full amount paid for the purchase, including shipping costs. In case of partial withdrawal, instead, the seller will refund only the amount paid for the products subject to withdrawal, therefore excluding shipping costs, except as provided for in art. 6.10 below.

6.7 The right of withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and conditions described in points 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 above - is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:

a. the return form sent directly online via www.covertbrand.it or other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly filled in and sent to the seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products;

b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed;

c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal which is an integral part of the goods;

d. the products must be returned in their original packaging;

e. the returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from the date you submitted the return form online;

f. the products must not be damaged.

6.8 If the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the procedures and terms indicated in this paragraph 7, the seller shall reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the procedures and terms provided.

6.9 The sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.

6.10 If the terms and conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, as per letters a), e) and f) of paragraph 7 above, are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the seller. Within 14 days from the sending of the email with which you will be informed of the non-acceptance of the return, you will be able to choose to regain, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller, communicating it to the supplier according to the procedures that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.

If the conditions set out in letters b), c) and d) of paragraph 6.7 above are not met, you will not be entitled to a full refund of the sums already paid to the seller. You will, in fact, be responsible for the decrease in value of the returned products, resulting from a use different from that authorized by the seller in order to allow you to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves. In this case, a percentage between 10 and 90 percent of the sums paid by you to the seller for the purchase of the returned products will be deducted from the refund, according to what will be specifically communicated to you, via e-mail, by customer service. Within 14 days from the sending of the email with which you will be informed of the amount deducted from the refund, you can choose to regain, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller, giving notice to customer service, in the manner that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the seller may retain the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted from the refund.

The aim of COVERT is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on www.covertbrand.it. It is not possible to return personalised products, earrings for perforated earlobes and garments to which the hygiene seal has been removed, if provided. This provision does not change the customer's rights under the law.

The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to art.7 of the General Conditions of Sale. The products can be returned by shipping the package through the courier indicated by the Seller, or through another forwarding agent, only after having filled in the return form (conforming to the standard form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code).

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

If you have fulfilled all the required conditions, the price of the purchased products will be refunded in full.

If you decide to use a different forwarding agent, you will have to pay the costs of the return. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions in letters a), b), c), d), e) and f) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the products purchased back at your own expense. In case you refuse this shipment the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the same.

Time and method of refund

Once the seller has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.

Whatever method of payment you use, the refund is activated by the Seller, in the shortest possible time, after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and verification of the returned products.

Product identification tag

All products sold on the site have an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and the relative seal because returned products without it will not be accepted.

Courier

Returns can be sent via the courier indicated by the seller, using the pre-printed and prepaid adhesive label that you will find inside your package. This method will allow you to check at any time where your package is located. Contact the courier to arrange the pick up. If you decide to use a different courier for the return of the products than the one indicated by the seller, you will have to pay the costs of the return yourself and you will be responsible in case of loss or damage of the products during transport.

Consumption Code

These conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the general conditions of sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code in Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts".
